Тwo-pipe modular geothermal energy center GEO QUICK BOX 1460 - a patented container-based solution for heating and cooling consisting of:
- Compact container dimensions
- Steel galvanized support structure
- Insulating sandwich panels with polyurethane foam. Optional Cladding: Wooden cladding or Stainless steel panels - mirrored
- Steel panel roof: Schlebach system. Optional Roof: Green grass or Pebble topping
- Cooling heat pump module
- Accumulator tank
- Switching module between heating and cooling
- Shut-off valves, control valves, safety valves, and control equipment for the modular geothermal energy center
- Brine circulation pump
- Electric switchboard
- Heat exchanger - optional in the GEO QUICK BOX or in the building
- This centre supplies energy with the required temperature levels for the heating and air conditioning system and allows simultaneous heating and cooling. The modular control centre is prepared for connection to geothermal boreholes and existing building systems and is suitable for sites with a power output of 60 kW to 300 kW.
Compared to the traditional installation of geothermal heat pumps, Geo Quick Box offers significant advantages:
- Improved planning of the entire process
- Shortened delivery times
- Significant time savings when installing on site, as all components such as heat pumps, circulation pumps, expansion vessels and heat exchangers are already assembled, checked and tested at the factory.
- Integration of additional circuits with different temperature potential into the energy center.
- Use of high-quality assemblies, units, controls and electrics from well-known manufacturers for a long service life and easy maintenance.
- Flexible installation location – outside near the drilling field, on the roof or as remaining formwork during building construction – space-saving and efficient.
- Saving built-up area for other purposes in the building.
- Suitable for underground installations (subway stations, military installations) without direct contact with the environment outside the earth's field.
- Buffer storage for heating water and domestic hot water tanks can be installed in the same container or an additional container.
- Can be used in new buildings as well as in renovations and conversions with geothermal energy.
- Investments and operating costs eligible for funding through the BAFA and KfW funding programs (Germany)
